Márton Kropkó

There are two Kropkós on this crew, and neither plans to be the quiet one. Born in Budapest in 2005, Márton shares more than a surname with his sister Márta — he shares the bloodline of a dynasty: a father who is a legend of Hungarian triathlon, a mother who took European silver, a whole household measured in swim splits and finish lines.

Like his sister, he came up through the water first, turning a swimmer's engine into junior Aquathlon world titles before the bike and the run had their say. In that family, you learn to race almost before you learn to lose.

The step into senior triathlon brought a U23 vice-world championship and a place on the World Triathlon Championship Series, where he now measures himself against the best in the world week after week.

The goal is stated plainly, and it is the same one his sister carries: the 2028 Olympic Games. Two siblings, one bloodline, one dream — chasing it from opposite ends of the same start list.
